Citizens who have received Russian passports are in particular danger.

After introduction of a register of conscripts and electronic summonses in Russia the occupiers were able to issue summonses to residents of the occupied territories.
As the mayor of Melitopol (Zaporizhia region) reported, citizens who have received Russian passports are in particular danger.
“The occupiers have come up with a way to mobilize residents of the Russian Federation and captured parts of Ukraine – they have created an electronic register of conscripts and will distribute electronic summonses. So far, only those who have taken racist passports have a real chance to become cannon fodder for the Russian Federation. However, all residents of TOT are in danger – occupation social services and medical institutions can also transfer data to the register of conscripts,” Fedorov noted.
He emphasized that the only way out of the situation is to leave the occupation.
“In the last two weeks, more than 2,000 people have already done this. Let me remind you that the people of Melitopol can do this for free thanks to the help of international partners,” he added.
Law on electronic subpoenas in the Russian Federation – details
On April 14, the president of the aggressor country, Vladimir Putin signed the law on the introduction of electronic summonses and the creation of a digital register of military records.
The register will store the personal data of the conscript, including the place of residence and place of stay. Delivery of summonses will take place either by registered letter at the place of residence, or online – through the Derzhposlug service.
After receiving the summons, the conscript does not have the right to leave the country until he appears at the military commissariat.
