According to preliminary data, the impact fell on Vatutina Street. According to reports, as a result of the explosion, a huge gap was formed at the intersection. There is information about damage to part of the house and broken windows all around.
The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, said that there were no casualties. According to him, there is damage to the house and parked cars.
“Emergency situation in Belgorod. There was an explosion. According to preliminary information, there are no victims. A huge hole with a radius of 20 meters was formed at the intersection of one of the central streets. There is damage to the glazing in the neighboring apartment building, the blast wave damaged several parked cars and knocked down power line poles,” Gladkov wrote in Telegram.
Russian regions bordering Ukraine – Belgorod, Bryansk and Kursk regions – regularly come under fire, there is destruction and sacrifice. The regional authorities claim that the attacks are being carried out from the Ukrainian side. Kyiv does not comment on these reports.
