Washington has been helping to protect Ukraine’s cyberspace since 2016.
The United States of America will provide Ukraine with $37 million to strengthen cyber resilience. The corresponding decision was announced by the American delegation in Tallinn during the negotiations between the USA and Ukraine.
About this informs Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
“Building digital stability is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Digital Affairs. In parallel with the real battlefield, the enemy is trying to strike in cyberspace as well,” he noted.
Since 2016, the US has provided 120 million dollars for the protection of Ukraine’s cyberspace, 82 of which since the beginning of a full-scale war. This allows for a timely response to digital threats, Fedorov noted.
It will be recalled that the White House announced that the military instructors are from the USA will train Ukrainian pilots to fly F-16 fighters. Aviation training will take place in Europe.
