Andrey Yusov, a spokesman for the Defense Ministry’s Main Intelligence Directorate, said on the air of the telethon that the explosion of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station was a Russian terrorist attack, the indisputability of which is proved by “a whole series of public information.”
According to him, taking into account the engineering features of the hydroelectric power station, “no one, except the Russians, had the physical ability and means to carry out such a large-scale undermining.”
“Ukraine publicly informed, as well as partners through other channels, that mining and a possible explosion were being prepared. This is not a spontaneous act, this is a terrorist attack that was being prepared (by the Russians, – order.) for a very long time,” Yusov said.
Previously at GUR declaredthat the terrorist attack at the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station is “a sign panic of the Putin regime and an attempt to complicate the actions of the Ukrainian Security and Defense Forces.
