A patriotic track appeared on music platforms «Destiny” from the players of the Kryvbas football club from Kryvyi Rih.
Dmytro Khomchenovskyi, Andriy Ponedelnyk and Denys Shevchenko created a music video, the leitmotif of which is the liberation struggle of the Ukrainian people against the Russian occupation, reports Kryvbas website.
About where the idea for the track came from, and what inspired the players to record it, the football players themselves told.
It turned out that the author of the beat was Khomchenovsky, the text was written and read together by Ponedelnik and Shevchenko.
According to Andrii Ponedelnyk, the idea for the track was given by Khomchenovsky: “After all, he is so versatile, he constantly let us listen to his works with beats for evaluation. I liked this cons so much I asked if he could reset it for me. He gave up and I tried to write what I was thinking».
«The situation in our country needs maximum publicity throughout the world. Through creativity, one can partially convey one’s inner state, and it is now disturbing for every Ukrainian, because every day we see how our people die. Russia’s aggression against Ukraine is the maximum degree of terrorism! And how can you be silent about it when you are Ukrainian?“, Ponedelnik answers the question of what inspired the players to create the track.
The track contains original dialogues from the film about the struggle of UPA soldiers in western Ukraine after the Second World War. “The text was inspired by the words we used from the movie “Lost Dawns”. When we heard what it said, we decided to write words about war, that we are unbreakable and strong“, – recalls Denys Shevchenko.
Previously a player of the national team of Ukraine harshly reacted to the flooding of the stadium in Nova Kakhovka.
