The mission and services offered by UNAM
Founded in 1980, the National Union of Developers brings together planning professionals and contributes to the implementation of planning, town planning and housing policies. It is run by volunteer business leaders.
Made of 14 regional chambers bringing together 300 land development professionals, Unam promotes a virtuous, sustainable and responsible development, favoring the optimization of the available land without neglecting the quality of life, and encourages the realization of exemplary operations alongside developers, social landlords, builders of individual houses and living environment professionals (architects, landscape architects, surveyors, design offices). It participates in debates on urban and housing policies at local, regional and national levels.
