This Tuesday, September 27, around 4 p.m., a railway police officer who is ending his service surprises a man threatening users of the TER Montpellier-Narbonne.
An individual allegedly got out of the train chasing a young man in his twenties, it was then that the agent gave the alert and asked for reinforcements. Another passenger tries to control him, but the individual tries to stab him.
He pounces on the suspect
The Suge police officer (general surveillance), contacted by telephone by our colleagues from Free lunch indicates that : ” That’s where I came in. I tried to reason with him but when I saw that I couldn’t, I threw myself on it and managed to disarm and subdue him. Then the border police arrived and took him away. He was taken into custody“.
Already known to the police, the attacker was arrested and placed in police custody.
