The Council of the Order of the Bar of Montpellier, through the voice of its co-batonniers, says it is worried “that the order for reference and the requisitions attempt, on the occasion of this case, toimpose, on pain of rigorous criminal prosecution, an obligation to authenticate the documents produced in court weighing on all lawyers and in all matters”.
