“You have to have a positive thought to be able to manifest yourself. Positive thinking is part of the manifestation, but it’s not all,” Ajjan explained. “If you put the action behind that’s where the real magic happens.”
As the therapist also pointed out, “a lot of research validates the power of positive thinking.” In fact, at least one study shows that positive thinking can help relieve stress and anxiety.
