A photographer who photographed an injured elderly couple from Bakhmut is raising money for their new home.

Eddy van Wessel from the Netherlands received thousands of letters offering help for this Ukrainian family. In the end, he decided to start a fundraising campaign so that the husband and wife would have a place to live.

Recall photograph taken by van Wesselbecame famous. The photo has become a symbol of the courage of Ukrainians during the war.
