Russia is responsible for the attacks on the drama theater and maternity ward in Mariupol, as well as to the railway station in Kramatorsk – United Nations Commission
According to the official conclusions of the Independent International Commission of Inquiry into Violations in Ukraine, the Russian armed forces are responsible for indiscriminate air attacks on civilian targets in Ukraine.
To such attacks, experts in their report carried strikes against objects in Mariupol, Kramatorsk and a shopping center in Kremenchug.
The materials of the report will form the basis of the investigation into the crimes of the Russian Federation against humanity.
