The court allowed to detain two ministers of the times of Yanukovych, who prepared the Kharkiv agreements
Ex-Minister of Justice Alexander Lavrynovych and former Minister of Foreign Affairs Konstantin Grishchenko have been placed in custody as a measure of restraint, the State Bureau of Investigation reported.
They were engaged in the preparation of an agreement on the issues of the stay of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. This agreement is also known as Kharkiv agreements. Thanks to this, the Russian fleet received the right to stay in Ukraine for another 25 years, which helped to occupy the Crimea.
