Using the powers granted to her, the attacker supplied the servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces with building materials for the construction of fortifications. In addition, she agitated local residents to support the occupation regime and personally participated in the removal of the flag of Ukraine from administrative buildings in the city,” the special service said.
