On February 28, a shootout broke out between the Armed Forces of Ukraine and a sabotage group near the intersection of Derevyanko Street and Nauki Avenue in Kharkiv. A woman was killed and 7-year-old and 4-year-old boys were injured in the shooting. This was reported in the press service of the Kharkiv regional prosecutor’s office.
Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article. 438 (violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
