At the session of the Academic Conference of the Academy of Kyiv-Mohyla University on January 27, it was forbidden to communicate in Russian in the educational institution.
This was announced by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Academy of Kyiv-Mohyla University (NaUKMA), Gennady Zubko, writes “Judicial and Legal Journal”.
“If education in Russian has not been provided at the university for a very long time, now the ban also applies to communication between them in the language of the occupants of Mohyliyanka. This applies to absolutely everyone world: teachers, students, administrative staff,” the post read.
According to him, this standard is set out in the new Rules of Internal Procedure of the National Association of Ukrainian Artists.
He added that the new rules also prescribe standards regarding distance education and its digital formats, flexible forms of working hours, accounting for working hours, etc.
“I thank everyone who participated in the development of the new rules required by the new reality in which Ukrainian universities and all educational institutions have to work today,” concluded Zubko.
