From the first days of the invasion, the company created all the possibilities for remote work.

The Favbet group of companies ensured almost complete autonomy of the office and created all the conditions for the comfortable and safe work of its employees during the war.
“We have achieved almost complete autonomy: there is hot water, backup generators, constant internet. In the event of an air alarm, employees can work safely in a large room on the minus first floor,” noted Ihor Kosiak, People Partner at Favbet.

According to him, from the first days of the invasion, the company created all the possibilities for remote work.

The company still maintains a hybrid format of work, that is, employees themselves decide where it is better for them to work – at home or in the office, Ihor Kosiak assures.
“Part of our employees joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense. They keep jobs and salaries. Last year, the Favbet group of companies sent UAH 140 million to the state budget only as license payments. The Favbet Foundation and company representatives support the Ukrainian army, help with purchase of the necessary equipment, provide cars to various units,” Kosiak noted.
