Simple rules that will save you on the cyber war front with the occupier.
While our IT army is destroying the enemy in cyberspace, everyone must remember their cybersecurity. IN Ministry of Digital Transformation have compiled some basic rules to follow now:
- Set up two-factor authentication on all your accounts.
- If you are a military man, change your name and surname on social networks. Or do not use them at all and delete accounts.
- Don’t reply to closed Instagram accounts. Do not send them any links.
- Do not add yourself to groups in Telegram (Settings – Privacy – Channels)
- Don’t post where you are. Not a country, not a city, not even a district.
- The only official link to Telegram starts with t.me. Do not follow others.
- Don’t take screenshots. It is better to repost from official sources. And trust only official sources.
- No new Android apps! Even if they say it’s convenient and safe.
- Report the movement of enemy vehicles on the official chatbot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs @stop_russian_war.
We will remind, Khmelnytsky residents can join the IT army. If you have digital skills: developers, cyber specialists, designers, copywriters, marketers, targetologists, etc. – you can join the Telegram channel IT ARMY of Ukraine.
We will add, cyberpolice has developed a Telegram chatbot that blocks enemy chats.
