Poland insists on freeing the Zaporizhia NPP from the Russian military.
Poland’s Minister of Climate and Environment, Anna Moskva, said that on behalf of her country, she will call for Russia to be expelled from the International Atomic Energy Agency if its troops do not leave Zaporizhzhya NPP.
A Polish official participating in the 66th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency said this on TVP Info. transmits Radio Szczecin.
Anna Moskva emphasized that Poland’s first position is that the IAEA forces Russia to immediately leave the territory of the Zaporizhzhia region.
The minister recalled that the IAEA mission confirmed the presence of Russian military personnel on the territory of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant.
We will remind that this week, within the framework of the 66th annual session of the IAEA, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Rafael Grossi started negotiations on the creation of a security zone around the ZNPP.
