Residents of the village of Malinovka, in the Ivanovo region, witnessed the fire. The fire engulfed dry vegetation and debris in the open.
Rescuers who arrived on call for 40 minutes eliminated the fire on an area of 3 hectares. People were not injured.
The cause of the emergency is being established.
