“Due to the situation in Ukraine, which suffers from gross, open and large-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, today I issued an order exempting students who complete primary and basic general secondary education in 2021/2022 academic year from exemption from state final certification.” it is said in the message.
It is noted that such actions are forced, because the main thing today is to preserve the health and lives of participants in the educational process in martial law.
