Israel supports Ukraine in the war against Russia and this is happening on a larger scale than the public knows.
Israel’s ambassador to Germany, Ron Prosor, said this in an interview with WAZ, reports Censor. NO with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
The diplomat called for an understanding approach to Israel’s restrained position regarding military aid to Ukraine.
At the same time, according to Prosor, his country helps Kyiv, “but behind the scenes and much more than is known.”
“We have Russians in Syria. As you know, the Israeli army regularly stops the supply of weapons from Iran to Syria and Lebanon. Among them are Iranian drones and missiles that Russia uses in Ukraine,” the ambassador said.
Prosor cited the presence of a large Jewish community in Russia as the second reason why Israel is forced to act quietly.
