Joe Biden signs decree on sanctions against DNR and LNR

The decree states that Russia’s recognition of ORDLO contradicts its commitments to the Minsk agreements and poses an additional threat to Ukraine’s peace, stability, sovereignty and territorial integrity, and thus poses an extreme threat to US national security and foreign policy.

It is expected that the next package of sanctions due to the recognition of ORDLO will be imposed directly against Russia.
