French President Emmanuel Macron emphasized that Russia must lose the war it launched against Ukraine. He said this before the start of negotiations with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“We are determined to accompany Ukraine to victory and to the restoration of its legal and legitimate rights”, – stated Macron
