“My Vinnytsia” – Homework to save strength and energy

Posted on 25.01.2023

"Моя Вінниця"

Very often our homes can drain our energy and time. We spend time cleaning, maintaining our home, and it can seem like an endless cycle, especially when you have a busy family and a busy life. However, there are ways to make maintaining your home easier with a little planning and some healthy routines and habits. Managing a house can definitely fall into the category of difficult tasks if you don’t perform certain tasks regularly to keep it clean and tidy. The technology market offers substantial support, take a look at the foxtrot.ua in Odessathere are all the necessary appliances for the house.

simple habits

There are simple habits to manage your space with minimal effort. All you need is the desire to follow them.

Wash the dishes after using it

Get into the habit of washing dishes, glasses and cutlery immediately after eating. It only takes a few minutes instead of putting everything in the sink during the day to wash and put away at night. There are so many great ways to spend an evening!

If you have a dishwasher, maybe do what I do. Download it throughout the day after each meal. Turn it on to run after your last meal of the day. This way it will finish before going to bed and charge it first thing in the morning. Not only will this save you time, but your kitchen will look much cleaner without dirty dishes in the sink!

Clean before each meal

Don’t let toys pile up on the floor or common objects get into every room and stay there! After the children have played with the toys and before they move on, make sure all the toys are put away. The same goes for you and everything you used! The easiest way to do this is to take a laundry basket before each meal and go from room to room.

Put everything that doesn’t belong to each specific room in the basket and put things back where they belong. Fix carpets, fluff up pillows and bring dirty dishes to the kitchen. If you do this regularly before meals (and maybe a snack) throughout the day, your home really won’t be messy. It’s a good example of how doing something little by little can make a big task more manageable. Of course, tidying up is also easier if you have less clutter around the house and less stuff, especially when it comes to toys and craft supplies!

Delegate responsibilities

Everyone in your home, including your children, can do their part to help you around the house. It will save you time and energy and help your children learn and get used to helping. This encourages them to take responsibility for their belongings and space, to look after themselves, and to foster some independence. Just make sure the tasks are age-appropriate and that you are willing to give up a some control! For example, ask them to sort and fold their clean clothes and put them in boxes. The composition may not be as perfect as yours, but you have to start somewhere and it will improve with practice!
