The famous producer Mykhailo Yasynskyi predicted the future of former protégé Jerry Heil and put all the dots above the “i” in the question of working with her.
CEO of Secret Service EA and producer Oli Polyakova Mykhailo Yasynskyi became the new hero of the third edition of the YouTube show “Insides”.
During a conversation with Oleksandr Varenitsa, Yasynsky revealed the whole truth about cooperation with the singer Jerry Heil and talked about the termination of the long-term contract on the project.
When asked whether parting was painful, Mykhailo answered unequivocally:
“We don’t get along lovingly and we don’t part amicably. It’s like with women. There are those who support in a difficult moment, and there are those who leave in a difficult moment. Jerry belongs to the second category. My task as a company owner and a person who is responsible for the team, to do it in such a way that it was not painful for the company and the people who worked with it. Although I will say that it was an unpleasant moment for the girls who worked with Yana. The conditions were so developed, unprecedentedly difficult conditions that I cannot condemn anyone. I organize work processes in such a way that it is not only painless, but also imperceptible for the company as a whole…” – shared Yasynskyi.
The producer added that he made his own conclusions and there is nothing new for him here:
“An artist must have a certain amount of freedom even in his relationship with the company. Therefore, the company must create such contracts with the artist so that, by letting him go, he does not cause harm. I make such contracts so as not to harm myself. Or we part in such a way that everyone is good,” said the producer.
Regarding the future of Jerry Heil, Yasynskyi predicts promising prospects and suggests that Yana may become the first Ukrainian singer to receive a Grammy.
“As a person who loves her talent, I don’t appreciate Jerry Heil as a project, I appreciate Yana Shamaeva as a creative person, very talented and very motivated. I think she can get a Grammy. I’m not saying that it will happen, but there is potential for this,” the producer concluded.
