The patrol team received a report of gunfire on Panteleimon Kulish Street in Lviv.
The police quickly arrived on the scene. After questioning the frightened eyewitnesses and the claimant, detectives established that the 32-year-old had made remarks to the company, who was drinking alcoholic beverages and behaving loudly.
Instead, citizens began obscenely swearing at the Lviv resident. After that, one of the drunk offenders pulled out an object that looked like a weapon and fired shots at the applicant.
Law enforcement, observing personal security measures, found a 27-year-old citizen who, during a cursory check, found a gun. The man gave permission to keep and carry this weapon.
At the scene of the incident, patrol officers found a spent casing. Later, the case was assigned to the investigation-operational group to find out all the circumstances of the event and provide legal qualification for the actions of the man.
