Prykarpattya defended her right to own a weapon in court

Today, on February 23, the Ivano-Frankivsk District Administrative Court upheld the claim of a resident of Prykarpattia to declare illegal and revoke the decision to revoke the permit for the right to possess hunting rifles.

Defendant in the case – the Main Directorate of the National Police in Ivano-Frankivsk region.

There must be a legal basis for revoking a permit to store and carry a weapon. The documented fact of violation by the plaintiff of public order or the existence of circumstances provided by Instruction № 622, which serve as a basis for revocation of the permit by the defendant is not given, and the court has not established – the court ruled.

The court’s decision can be appealed.
