Doctors offered the former president of Georgia, a citizen of Ukraine Mikheil Saakashvili, special therapy to preserve vital functions. He categorically refused the services of Georgian doctors.
Zurab Chhaidze, the director of the Vivamed clinic, told journalists about this, he reports Censor. NO with reference to Interfax-Ukraine.
“His health is deteriorating. I want to urge Saakashvili’s relatives, his mother Giuli Alasania to convince them to start following the doctors’ recommendations. Otherwise, refusal of medical services can lead to a fatal outcome,” said Chkhaidze.
He said that Saakashvili had reduced his food intake in recent days.
“This morning Saakashvili weighed 69 kilograms, if this continues, tomorrow he will weigh 68 kilograms, and the day after tomorrow 65 kilograms,” Chkhaidze said.
The head of the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, Rati Bregadze, previously told journalists that Saakashvili is deliberately harming his health in order to “go free by any means”. The minister expressed distrust of Saakashvili’s diagnoses made by independent Georgian doctors from the “Empathy” center. Bregadze presented to journalists the conclusion of the National Bureau of Forensic Expertise, according to which the diagnoses of Saakashvili made by “Empathy” are “unreliable”.
We will remind, on November 20, 2022, Saakashvili’s lawyer stated that his client was poisoned after his arrest. The Penitentiary Service of Georgia claims that did not see any evidence of poisoning. After that, the lawyer provided the opinion of an American doctor who analyzed samples of Saakashvili’s hair and nails. The conclusion confirms that the ex-president has severe poisoning metals and drug addiction.
