People’s Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Tyshchenko made public information about the search of the ex-head of Naftogaz Yury Vitrenka.
“Searches at Vitrenko. All day today, law enforcement officers are conducting searches at addresses associated with the odious ex-manager of Naftogaz Yuriy Vitrenko. The impetus for intensifying investigative actions against Vitrenko was my deputy’s requests.
Ukraine is a legal state, the verdict is handed down by the court. However, the information available to me and publicly available is enough to ask Vitrenko to answer for a whole series of absurd decisions that cost the state of Ukraine hundreds of millions of hryvnias.
Vitrenko’s connection with businessman Adamovsky and huge sums of money sent to campaigns affiliated with him, for renting office space – this is a crime in a warring country! Given that NAC Naftogaz owns several buildings in the very center of Kyiv, the payments sent to Vitrenko Adamovsky have all the signs of corruption. I am waiting for an analysis of this episode and more than two dozen others from the law enforcement officers. All the buildings on which Vitrenko spent state money are currently under arrest and, I hope, will soon be handed over to the ARMU.
I have already managed to achieve the resignation of Vitrenko, now we are seeking a punishment, it will become an example for all state officials. I will do my best to:
– Bringing Vitrenko to criminal responsibility!
– Closing the opportunity for Vitrenko to leave Ukraine!
– Public confirmation of PEP status by Vitrenk!
Vitrenko bears no less responsibility than Putin for the cold in the homes of Ukrainians.
Internal enemies strengthen external ones.”
