Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II fell ill with COVID-19. She passed a test for coronavirus, and it was positive.
This was reported by the BBC.
According to Buckingham Palace, the Queen is experiencing mild cold symptoms, but expects to continue her duties in Windsor next week.
“She will continue to receive medical care and follow all relevant instructions,” the statement said.
Earlier, it was reported that Elizabeth II was in contact with her eldest son Charles, Prince of Wales, who had a positive result at COVID-19 last week.
Earlier, the tabloid Daily Mail wrote that the queen allegedly could not move due to illness.
