Russian Su-25s are regular “customers” in the Armed Forces
The unit of the anti-aircraft missile brigade named after Hetman Pylyp Orlyk of the Southern Air Command was distinguished.
The Ukrainian military destroyed a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft. This was announced by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Friday, January 27.
“Today, another Russian Su-25 attack aircraft was shot down in the eastern direction by a unit of the anti-aircraft missile brigade named after Hetman Pylyp Orlyk of the Southern Air Command,” the brief message says.
Earlier today it became known that the soldiers of the National Guard shot down an enemy Mi-24 in Donetsk region. For this, the Igla-1 portable anti-aircraft missile system was used. Another enemy helicopter was damaged.
