The family of Stanislav Lysenko gathered at one table on January 14, 2023, during the arrival of the Russian Kh-22 missile over the 9th floor in Dnipro. On that day, his fate was decided literally in a few seconds.
According to the story “Breakfast with 1+1”, a couple of days before the tragic event, Stas came to Dnipro from Kyiv on business. It was his mother’s birthday on January 14th, so the family had a get-together at their apartment on the 6th floor.
It was on that Saturday that Stanislav was walking around the city in search of a jacket, which is why he was delayed. At the time of the explosion, he was sitting in a car near the house, he was about to get out of it. “When I returned, I saw a huge black column of smoke and dust,” he recalls.
When Lysenko ran to the house, he realized that the epicenter of the explosion was near his entrance, he was able to get up. Fortunately, his family survived, so this date became a second birthday for his mother.
