This will be done in order to protect the energy infrastructure.

The International Atomic Energy Agency will strengthen its presence on all nuclear power plants in Ukraine.
The Director General of the IAEA, Raphael Grossi, informed about this on Twitter after a conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba.
“I also confirmed that the IAEA will strengthen its presence at all nuclear power plants of Ukraine to protect its energy infrastructure,” Grossi emphasized.
The situation at Ukrainian NPPs
Occupiers destroyed about 50% energy infrastructure of Ukraine. According to Deputy Minister of Energy Yuriy Vlasenko, now they have a goal stop Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
During a massive missile attack by Russia energy system of Ukraine On November 23, the seizure of the Zaporizhzhya NPP by the Russians moved to full blackout mode, and the rest of the NPP was temporarily stopped. Already on November 25, Ukraine confirmed that the Rivne, South Ukrainian and Khmelnytsky nuclear power plants were connected to the network.
Responding to this, IAEA director Rafael Grossi statedthat the loss of external power supply by Ukrainian nuclear power plants is cause for concern.
