He was told about the supply of Iranian weapons to Russia for use by Russian troops against the civilian population, which is directly contradicted publicly declared by the top leadership of Iran positions of neutrality, respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
“Supplying weapons to Russia to wage war against Ukraine is an unfriendly act that deals a serious blow to the relations between Ukraine and Iran,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized.
In response to such an unfriendly act, the Ukrainian side decided to deprive the ambassador of Iran in Ukraine of accreditation, as well as to significantly reduce the number of diplomatic personnel of the Iranian embassy in Kyiv.
It will be recalled that this week the Russian aggressors began to massively use Iranian Shahid-136 kamikaze drones, which they renamed Geran-2. Only today The Armed Forces shot down six such drones.
