Ukraine received the planes sold 20 years ago
North Macedonia transferred tanks and planes to Ukraine. According to the media, these are T-72 tanks and Su-25 attack aircraft.
The President’s Office confirmed the receipt of aircraft and tanks from North Macedonia, which was previously reported by the media.
“Many nations are showing more courage today than half of the G20. Like North Macedonia, supporting Ukraine in the form of tanks and planes. We will never forget this,” wrote OP Chairman Mykhailo Podolyak in twitter on Saturday, August 6.
Earlier, the mass media reported that Severnaya Macedonia transferred four planes to Ukraine– Su-25 attack aircraft, which it bought in Ukraine during the conflict on the territory of the state in 2001 for 4 million euros.
Last week, the media reported that North Macedonia presented Ukraine with T-72 tanks. The country had 31 units of this armored vehicle in service.
