The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in the city of Kharkiv recommends avoiding unnecessary trips, in particular – not to visit half of the regions of Ukraine.

“Due to growing tensions in Ukraine and the unstable security situation in southeastern Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland does not recommend any trips to the following areas: Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Poltava, Sumy, Zaporizhia, Kherson, Mykolaiv. Odessa, the city of Sevastopol and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. Citizens of Poland who are in these parts of Ukraine must leave them, “the statement said.
Polish citizens who are currently in other regions of Ukraine are advised to register in the system Odysseus and constantly follow the information of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland on the pages of offices on social networks and websites. In addition, it is strongly recommended to always have on hand an identity card, covid certificate and cash, which will be enough for the road and basic needs in case of urgent departure.
